This belongs to statistical approach.Theoritical plates are
calculated by 4-Sigmamethod and 5-Sigma method.In 4-sigma
method the constant is 16 and in 5-sigma method constant is-

entered in denominator as a diff units.
Here changing units from original to our known format units,
its mean actually "tow " is converted in to "width".
