pH OF THE BUFFER SOLUTION WILL BE CHANGE, AS DUE TO PRESENCE OF NITROGEN CONTAINING SUBSTANCES AND ALSO DUE TO MICROBIAL GROWTH. BUT IF STORED AT 4 DEGREE CENTI. IT MAY USED TO SOME EXTENT.
