Since RI detectors useful for type of compounds such as
carbohydrates (Non-UV Absorbing Substance)Also,Each
compounds have it's own refractive Index.Hence it is useful
for Non-UV Absorbing substances.
Secondly,It's applicable only in isocratic mode.

These compounds are Saturated hydrocarbon products.
As UV-Light absorption is found in Unsaturated compounds not in saturated compounds,hence need to go for another appropriate technology, here it is RID

In my analysis by HPLC,In sample main peak and placebo peak are eluting with shorter resolution ( almost look like doublet). how can i get max resolution ? Is changing gradient method is usefull?
