You may use MMSC to extend a material to a new storage location.
You may also use MM01 for the same.Here copy the details from a storage location where the material already exist and use it for the new storage location

Hi,
You can use T-code MM01, where you just enter Material code and then Plant Code.
After that enter Storage Location for which you would like extend it.
