Foreign currency valuation is a one of the activity of month end.asusewell every month end we need to calculate the Foeign Currency Loss or gain on non cleared items.sothere will be a option called reversed date while running FCV..

Example-
Entries post at month end and the same will be reversed in next month begin.

Foreign currency Valuation: When open items in foreign currency are valuated, the differences between the exchange rate determined at date of revaluation (month end) and the historical rate is posted as unrealised exchange rate difference.
The revaluation posted will be reversed automatically in the next month.

GI IR in Month end :
This transaction is used to clear open items in GR/IR clearing accounts that have matching Purchasing Doc Number & Item (e.g.. when Goods Receipt & Invoice Verification have been posted for the PO Number & Item)
Open Items are cleared when the total amount of the matching items total to zero.

U have made a Transaction Worth Rs.1,00,000..Then We made a down Payment worth Rs.50,000..Then the FY came to an end. When we are calculating TAX for the FY,on which amount we will calculate TAX,do we calculate TAX for this transaction ? .Then NEXT YEAR do we again calculate for Rs.1,00,000.or the remaining Rs.50,000.
