call center as well as bpo are considered as a same industry . bpo stands business process outsourcing. in this we get the business from our client. their are normally 2 process going on first is the in-bond process and another one is the out-bond. in in-bond process we get a call from the customer regarding their query or issue and in this we solved out each and every query and in the out-bond process we make a cl to the customer regarding to selling their product and services.
