Can anybody tell how many rounds of interviews are taken in 24/7 customer care and what are they? plz guys help me.

-Basic HR screening
-Essay writing
-Comprehension round
-Online exam (typing test and a bit of english grammar)
-operation manager round

Hope im not late to answer anyway this wud b helpful 2
someone else. It better we take up the intvws during job
melas. Coz i did th e same and got selected for 247 hyd
where i had 2 rounds of intv only. Then we were taken to le
royal meridien resorts for a 2 week training session and
that ws ausumn. We had typing classes, english grammar,
accent and soft skill classes. We guys had a very gud time
and fun out der. If we clear the trainign, we had techincla
training abt the product for one week, then 2 more weeks of
calling traing. It itakes arnd 1 mth for u to become an
employee....all the best.

one is HR round ,second round is opt round n third is tele
calling n 4th is in the company..
next is directly entering in to the job

first round: personal interview with HR
second : telephonic interview to test your voice and accent
third: technical test(applicable for tech. support only.)

if u go throuw consultancy then u will hav 3 rounds if not
4 rounds ,group discussion, personal intruduction, voice n
accent , and final round would be some quetions about
respective process ,pacakage negotiation. all the best.

if u hav applied for 24/7 online then first they will take
a telephonic interview,on that basis if u r shortlisted
then they will call u 4 nxt round......................n in
my 3 attempts i hav never gone beyond that.............bst
