voltage should not be less than rated voltage ever for any
motor.
if for a few time over voltage of 10% tolerance is there it is
okay bcoz motor winding is capable to handle / sustain 155%
overload (or 255% full load) for few seconds
but for a safe operation rated voltage must be given.

State the function of control rods used in nuclear reactor
why exciter frequency 150 Hz ?

Why a motor blower cobination draw more current at winter than summer?
What is measurement?
we all know that in transformer, voltage and current are inversely related i.e. Vp/Vs= Is/Ip....so in standard CT..we have a ratio of 200/5...that means our voltage should increase by ratio of 40..althoug that is not the case...because that requires high insulation level.and pratically not feasible......can anybody clarify my ques.......thanx
My load is 15 kw,i want to improve power factor from 0.8 to 0.9,how select capacitor
How to select the gauge of wire for winding of motors? How to select number of turns for winding of three phase induction motor?
what is meant by peak load
could an induction motor be used for regenerative braking in electric-train control? in this type of application would some scheme have to be devised to obtain low synchronous speeds while braking? would induction-motor drive, therefore, be suitable for passenger service?
In the solution of load flow eqation, Newton raphson method is superior to the gauss siedal method because (a)the time taken to perform one iteration in the NR method is less when compared to GS method (b)the number of iterations required in the NR method is more compared to that in the GS method (c)the number of iterations required is dependant on the size of the system in the NR method (d)convergence characteristics of the NR mehod are not affected by the selection of the slack bus
CPC cable .PVC \1C....I want to get sure that type is flexible indoor or to be install on trench. please advice .thanx :)
