First you need to check the excitation voltage which is feed from the controller part then see the mile volt from the load cell side,Then according to the change the load if the voltage changes then primarily the load cell is okay.

Physically load cell two wire supply and two wire output,so output wire side check resistance that 0.350k it's ok after bad loadcell check resistance 0.450k this is bad
