Why we use mostly circular coil in transformer? not square or rectangular type of coil.

can I connect step down transformer(25KvA,240V Phase to phase)to output of online UPS(15KvA,440V PHASE TO PHASE) Load connect to TRANSFORMER is 13KvA,240V PHASE TO PHASE. please brief if it is wrong

We are dealer in Maharashtra State & We have recd. form C from dealer of Maharashtra State against our E-1 form. Now assessing authority is asking for counterfoil of our E-1 form. But, our E-1 form counterfoil is misplaced somewhere & assessing authority is disallowing the C form which is recd. from Maharashtra State.Please let us know the option for allowing C form?
