How do we fix the sample concentaryion in hplc method

For Assay:- Sample concentration should be lower than higher
detector linearity concentration.
For Related substances:- Sample concentration should be
decided on the basis of LOD and LOQ determination
e.g sample concentration 1000ppm
Standard low load concentration 5ppm(For specified imp
limit-0.5%)
LOQ-should be between 0.05% To 0.09% of sample concentration.

How ever we have to select sample concentration in rs on the basis of LOQ
"Loq should be less than Reporting threshould"
Accordign to that we have to select sample Concentration

based on the peak response ,peak height and LOD and LOQ Signal. Ex:sample concentration 1mg/ml than LOQ value (0.1%mg/ml) LOD value(0.03mg/ml)
