Whenever company will hire they have own hirarchy of
employees.

For example it starts from Associate consultant, then
Consultant, Sr Consultant, TL, Project Mgr, Delivery Mgr,
Senior Manager.

This will be vary from company to company.

Functional consultant are non technical consultant like sd,
mm, hr, mm, etc

When I am doing excise part of supplementory invoice by transaction type J1is & j1iv. The hr.se edu cess(1%) is not appearing in the accounting document but BED & SE CESS(2%) is appearing. In a Third party process how does the company knows that the goods are delivered to the customer or not? What sort of communication happens between Customer to vendor, Vendor to company? Hoe does the communication happens or acknowledgement is given regarding delivery of goods to customer? Suppose if your vendor is not using SAP system in such a scenario how does the vendor communicate with the company reg delivery of goods to customer is there any tracking mechanism or control is there?I have been asked this question in an recent interview.
