draw a circuit diagram connecting transformer OLTC- RTCC-
VCB-Marshalling Box otherwise Explain in words
Answer / alleysyed
OLTC stands for On Load Tap Changer, which means that a user
can change the taps of transformer winding without
disconnecting the transfomrer from the supply. Taps are
changed in order to regulate the voltage. OLTC has number of
taps . They may be 10, 11, 16 , 20 or the customer specified
rating.
Marshalling box is a box in which manufacturer of
transformer bring alarm and trip contacts signalling from
the accessories associated with the transformer. For
example, Oil temperature indicator installed on the T/F
provide a signal of alarm when the temperature of oil
exceeds the specified limit of Indicator. If temperature
exceeds more, it send the trip signal to Marshalling box,
which disconnects the transformer from main supply and
vacuum Circuit Breaker is tripped. VCB is installed on the
High Voltage side of the TF in the HV Protection panel.

What is principal to reduce earth leakage current with isolation transformer? When isolation transformer is installed in input stage of system, earth leakage current is reduced. the reason is why the leakage current of 2nd stage of isolation transformer does not affect the 1st stage's leakage current. I would like to know the reason. As you know, earth leakage current is a kind of AC. So, How to reduce earth leakage current in case that isolation transformer is used?
