During Validation study, Recovery is passing at all levels
but Linearity is failing. Justify?
Answer / p.chandra sekhar reddy
First we have to prove method is linear by linearity parameter then only we have to go for recovery by accuracy parameter.
But as per ur question accuracy performed first after that linearity failed.
If recovery pass in all levels means definatly method should be linear.
But it happens only in higher levels above 10℅ level, some times in lower levels below 10℅ level impurities areas will be fluctuate .
