In control valve there are two type of valve seat we can use
metal to metal seat & soft seat.On this valve seat i have
following doubt.
1)I have never seen practically the internal assembly of
valve so my doubt is that basically weather the seat is soft
seat or metal its basic MOC is same as valve body(SS or CS)
only in soft seat we are using PTFE ring & place on valve
seat & in metal this PTFE ring is not threr am i correct???????
2)what are the common general rule for using metal to metal
seat & soft seat, means its depend on process parameter like
liquid, gas, steam & on valve leakage class.
Answer / mrinal
Ball valves operating up to a process maximum temperature of 200 deg. C shall have soft
seats, unless specified otherwise in the project specifications. Beyond this temperature, ball valves or isolation valves shall have metal seated.

Specify ideal accuracy of flow element like orifice plate, Ventury, Annubar. Ultrasonic flow meter etc.
Decibel.
Draw a simple circuit for a well head control panel used to protect the well against fire, leak, blockage, ESD, & controls the operation of one downhole & one surface safety valve. Explain the operation and controls
hi i want sov loop cheak from consol to field the operater given status to sov still no change, but MR room to sov ok so whats a problem and alreasy cheak all conection ok ?

What is the principle of capacitance type level transmitter?
what is the input of digital counter during the the calibration time?
If a normal magnetic type flow transmitter that can measure flow, temperature and show this parameters on field, is it possible by any means to get this (flow and temperature) parameters info. On dcs? And if yes then with HART, FO communication or any other communication system?
