If there is provision to apply load on it ,the HP can be
ascertained from the circle diagram of the motor.

we can check motor impedance & type of connection (whether
it is operating in star or delta connection) we can find out
the approximate power of the motor.
then by provability of motor power we can find out the
actual power of the motor.
