polystyrene film which has 0.005mm thickness and it has
suggested by us pharmacopeia.. and it can be detected in
exact wave numbers with respect to ir radiation so we
generally used polystyne inir calibration for the wavelength
accracy and accuracy of wave numbers... it shoud be preserve
ina silica descicater to prevent from moinsture when not in
use,,
