first we will conduct another test for that and still having then i will escalate to my test lead.

i will first try to reproduce the defect. if its does not
come out then i will covence the developer to fix the
defect. then also if he/she will not agree then i will show
him the SRS by which he comes to know surely its a defect
and he will fix it. and then also if he refuses to fix it
then in defect report i will keep the status of defect as
open then surely he will fix that defect.
