no since because only multiples of 11 volts can be generated.
as we know that,for a transformer
E=4.44*N*f*phi
=1.11*4*N*f*phi
which is a multiple of 11.

f-frequency
phi-max flux

We can not generate 400KV, because for 400KV Insulation
level is high. we can not manufacture the generator with
high insulation level.

how we can know the rating of transmission line by no. of insulators disk ??????????
