Yes. Using a step up transformer, but for that case u have to
keep in mind the power rating of motor also. Only then u can
provide proper voltage as well as current for its operation.

if the transformer at full load have a iron loss =900w and copper loss = 1600w . what percent of the load will the transformer has a maximum efficiency?
