Mostly People are using meters to measure electrical
parameters. Those give as RMS value. For peak and inrush we
use Power Analyser.

Generally A normal meter intends for Dc parameters where Rms meters r used for Ac parameters

In 11KV Double pole structure for each phase we are using Disc one Insulator. Why we are not using 2 r above insulators instead of one insulator?
