Are Coils of Electromagnetic flowmeter in direct contact
with fluid material

No. as we know elctromagnetic flowmeter works on principle
of Faraday's Law of electromagnetic induction for flow
measurment.but fluid must be electrically conductive.

Electrodes of flowsensors generates pulses that are
resulting from conductive fluids and measured in terms of
flow as per faraday law

the answer is no.
actually magnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law, the magnet is prefered to be electrically produced and the polarity is reversed with timing to avoid flowing material polarization.
the electrodes/wires are in direct contact with the fluid material, as we consider the passing material is a series of consecutive fluid conductors.

Now a days, both types of flow-meters are available. In earlier days, the electrodes were in direct contact with the fluid being measured. Then after retrofit design has been developed in which electrode assembly can be replaced and it is isolated from the process fluid.
