why phase & neutral is use in tv? why earthing not use ?..

Answer / pillay

The earth wire is used to take away any leakages to the earth
and make the TV safe if somebody were to touch it,but the tv
is already made in such a way there would be no leakage to a
place where somebody can touch it.So by making the TV set
safe to touch than no need a earth wire. Now one wire is
saved in every TV set that is made.
