Agile is software development methodology. It is very
effective where Client frequently changes his requirement.
Since it has more iteration so you can assure a solution
that meets clients requirement.
More than one build deployement for a project.
It involves more client interection and testing effort.
There are two methods by which this methodology can be
implemented:-
1- Scrum
2- Extreme Progamming
Scrum: Each iteration would called a scrum which can be a 1-
2 Months.In Scrum Client prioritise his requirements what
he want first. If developer did not meets all the
requirement which was being fixed for a perticular scrum
than rest of the development part would be transferred to
the next scrum (would be delievered in the next build),
means developer cann't increase time decided for a scrum.
Its fixed.
Extreme Programming (XP): here iteration period would be
less then in scrum , which is being 2-4 weeks.
Here developer prioritise what to do first on the basis of
client requirement.
This duration which was being fixed for a iteration, can be
increase if the some development part is still pending.
The build would deployed with having all the client needs.
Thus iteration period is not fixed here it can be increase.
but iteration should meets all the client's requirement in
this build.
More attension is required for testing in XP

Agile Modeling is a practice-based methodology for modeling
and documentation of software-based systems. It is intended
to be a collection of values, principles, and practices for
modeling software that can be applied on a software
development project in a more flexible manner than
traditional modeling methods.
Agile Modeling is a supplement to other Agile methodologies
such as:
* Extreme Programming (XP)
* Agile Unified Process
* Scrum

Agile means active, quick, well coordinated and accuracy in movement. Basically, Agile is a (working environment) methodology where from the 1st day all the team members are actively involved to achieve the project's goal .In the agile the work flow starts from the sprint meeting which is normally held for 2-3 weeks, where the Business Analyst, QA team, Product owner, Dev team all are present there and the business analyst prepare the requirement. If there is any ambiguity to understand the requirement anyone can ask for making it understandable. The works are assigned to the tester, developers as per the requirement.
Second from the next day another meeting is take place which is called sprint meeting or stand up meeting (15 mins) and three question are asked to the tester s such as:
1.What you have accomplished from the last meeting?
2. What you will accomplished before the next meeting?
3. Is there any obstacle to meet your goal?
Third, at the release day all the team member of the project are invited to hear the final decision of the product owner which mean the requirement is fulfilled or they need to modify or chance the activities as per the product owner decision. If any modification is taken then the tester need to chance or modify the test cases. So, in every meeting QA testers are actively involved and playing a active role.
Finally, the retrospective which is Facilitated by the Scrum Master, this 3 hrs (Approx) meeting is used to discuss the just concluded Sprint and determines what could be changed that might make the next Sprint more productive and so on.
Two main questions are asked in the retrospective meeting :
What went well during the sprint?
What could be improved in the next sprint?
Note:This Agile Methodology may vary based on the companies requirement.

Simple way
Agile model - Testing the developed sw module by module. That means developers develop one module and after testing that module they will develop another module. IF CLIENT made any changes it is easy to make changes and test one module. Later developers can move to develop another module. According to client priority they will develop the modules.
