faults .

I will like to add one more reason, in case the earthing
opens between panel and ground then the fault tend to
divert directly to PLC panel. This in return will blow off
cards in PLC. Thus the earthing is kept different.

Is there any Electrical supervisor license which gives permit to work whole India rather than individual state??
