Megger is used to find the resistance.It is used in Surge
arrestor, and will be in Mega Ohms. But the value is not
known.

yahh, megger are for surge arrester also, for 11 kv it
should come at least 1000mega ohm., for 33kv, i m nt sure.

Why shunt Generator is not recommended to start at ON LOAD condition???
