Then u can (1)connect earthing wire to the GI water
pipeline.
(2)or connect to building structural bars.
for these any how check once bcoz there may be
disconnection in bars or pipe.
(3) one more is take a bar of MS & burry it around 1ft below
GL, and
connect earth wire but be sure the soil should wet all time.
