to meet the same load motor will draw additional current,
which can burn its winding ,so over current/overload
protection relay will trip the motor.

this two phase. that's condition known as "single phasing"

This condition is called single phasing.In this case motor
draws more current from remaining two supply lines.Torque
developed is reduced since T is directly proportion to
v2.There will be a sever vibration.Motor will run if load
is small.

Motor will run as usual with some extra vibration, but the thing is that you can run the motor only with 60% of its rated, as told above the speed will not be reduce unless frequency reduces, its all slip maters,
