there is no relationship between speed and hp but we can calculate the hp from the current for each phase

As we know,
we can calcualte torque by equation,
Torque=(1800/RPM)*HP*3
From this we can calculate HP from Speed.
i.e HP=(Torque*RPM)/(1800*3)
or HP=(Torque*RPM)/(5400)
