Earth's resistance will differ from place to place....
it all depend's on soil resistivity... some places it may be red soil, were as in some places it may black cotton soil..
so we need to measure the resistance using earth tester..
but normally it will in few ohms.

Copper earthing should be below 1 and GI Earthing below 3.

Value of earthing G.I should be minimun <3 ohm this value we can use for body earth any machine D.G ,Transformer any other
and copper earth value shoul be < 1 ohm it will bettor for Nutruel earth for D.G and transformer and also connect with isolation transformer and some medical machines MRI, CT scan,kottery machine OT and other machine which require.
