Injection volume is linear to the concetration of analyte.
the area of the peak will be increased, if the injection
volume is increased in linear way.

Connect union in to the HPLC.
Mobile phase: Methanol: Water (50:50)
Temperature : 25°C
Retention time :1min
Flow rate :0.5mL/min
Take one HPLC vial. Fill it with water. Weigh it (W1)
Make 6 injections with 50µl injection volume
Again weigh it (W2)
Mean volume = (W1-W2)/6*100 = µl
Limit = +-2% of the injection volume
