Goto SUIM - USERS - USERS BY COMPLEX SELECTION CRITERIA,

scroll down to the bottom, goto ADDTIONAL SELECTION
CRITERIA, then give the validity date and check the check
box of the option LOCKED USERS ONLY, then execute, u will
get the list of the locked users.

We can see the already locked users by running a report
rsusr200 in that give particular date you will get .
if u want to get the locked due to incorrect logon's go to
report rsusr006
