To assign restricted access of data to report users.

Authorization is a... not able to Billing Products and
profit center not Maintain in sap portal, so thats y i cant
process the billing. and it means u r id is new
authorization required. and than u create the issue in sap
portal new authorization request. and who was will be gave
u authorization and than u process the billing............
