Dry Volume for 1 Cum Mix is 1.54 Cum.
Ratio for M25 is 1:1:2 = 1+1+2 = 4
1 Part of cement would be = 1.54/4 = 0.385 cum.
1 cum of cement = 30 bags of cement
0.385 cum of cement = 30 x 0.385 = 11.55 bags
1 bag of cement = 50 kg of cement
11.55 bags = 50 x 11.55 = 577.5 kg of cement
so the cement required is 577.5 kg for 1 cum of m25 grade.

Ratio for M25 is 1:1:2 = 1+1+2 = 4
1 Part of cement would be = 1.54/4 = 0.385 cum.
1 bag of cement = .035 cum
total bag of cement = 0.385/.035 = 11 bags
1 bag of cement = 50 kg of cement
11 bags = 50 x 11 = 550 kg of cement
cement required for 1 cum of m25 grade concrete is 550 kg.

from m10 to m20 are consider as nominal mix but m25 is
design mix .the ratio is also may consider as 1:1:2
calculation:
for 1cum concrete required fine, coarse aggregates are
0.46cum-fine aggregate and coarse aggregate is 0.92cum.
1(cement)/1(sand)x0.46x1440(cement
wt.kg/cum)=662kgs.or13.248bag.

Answer / amirthaganesan.m
M25 mix has a ratio of 1 cement to 1 sand and 2 stone jelly.i.e 1:1:2. This means cement volume is half of stone jelly volume. To prepare 1cu.m of concrete we need 0.0 cu.m of jelly. So we need 0.9/2= 0.45 cu.m of sand. So weight of cement required = 0.45x1440 =648 kg of cement.approximately 13 bags.
