the rate of flowing of electric charge is current"
& the force of electron on which they flow is voltage.
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 2 Yes | 0 No |
Answer / vijin
current-- it is the flow of charge carriers through any
conducting medium. the direction of current is in
opposition with the direction of electron flow.
voltage-- it can be defined as the path or cause of passage
for the flow of current, that is the voltage or the
potential difference b/w two points is responsible for the
current flow.
more clearly the voltage at any point is the total
potential at that point when comparing with another point
or ground .this difference in the values of potentials will
force a current to flow from higher potential to a lower
potential.

current:
flow of electrons ,dangerous
voltage:
the force which tends to move the electrons ,less
danger compare with current

current-"the rate of flow of electric charge is current"
it's unit scalar
voltage-"it is define as the amount of electrons that flows between two points in a conductor at a given time"
it's unit is vector

High voltage test procedure of in swgr board. why should measure millivolt drop on testing time?
we are using three transformer 33000/430 vac for three separet block.all three transformer have three LT panel separetly. can be Interconnected all three panel through bus coupler. this is permissable or not by state electricity board.
heat can flow from a body at low temperature to a body at higher temperature only when ........ is supplied from an external source A). Voltage B). Current C). work D). Mass
Why is back emf used for a DC motor? Highlight its significance.

What is difference between isolator and circuit breaker?
we often use the word HT (high tension) line.or we say HT switch gear, whats does HT basically mean. is it different from high voltage.
I am designing new project sub station with 220 kV / 11 kV, 40 MVA capacity. This project have many recifier sets, which can generate 3rd harmonics. Now I have to select vector group of This transformer. To minimise 3rd harmonics, what care should I take in selection of Transformer Vecrtor group? If it is Y-Y with open Delta tertiary then what should be the rating & voltage of Tertiary Winding?
