Role could be assigned to Org Unit and a Job.

If a single role has been removed from the composite role
(s) assigned to the user. After the transport moves to the
relevant client/system , reconciliation will remove the
role assignment.

If i am right in understanding user master reconcialiation
then i am right in answering.

Here it goes , if a profile is manually appended in User
master reocord..then by running background job i.e.
pfcg_time_dependency ; will deleate the profile that are
manually appended in UMR.
