you can use Order information system transaction COO1S
menu path : Logistic>Production>SFC>Information System>Order inf....
Check there and tell do you get it or not

You can use SM12 and type in the Production order number
with * at beginning and end.say like if order number is
100234 ,type it like *100234* and execute. it will give the
list of users who are currently accessing that order

use CO03, input the prod. order number, Menu -> header->
Status Changes.
there you can see all status changes history

go to production order .In function menu,u will find
restrict processing ..choose "lock"
There are many options like'unlock" or make "technically
complete" status.

AS answer given by some-one guest, go to SM12 and give table
name ,and find the list of users locked the respective data.
Only thing, i want to change here is , give Table AFKO and
execute. give order no and again execute.
