there are two types of slab one is one way and second is
two way if the size of slab is 2m*2m the ratio of
length/width is less than 2. so it is called two way slab
and two way slab are designed by assuming both direction
main. so both bar are main.

i know that, the for calculating material required for concrete volume of concrete is taken 50-54 % more for wet volume. i have querry is that cement and sand volume taken more for making wet volume but in the case of aggregate why it is taken more there is no change in aggregate whether it is dry or wet.???? can you give me answer for this???
