I left my earlier job b'coz of many reasons.First of all
career.Everybody wants a good career for a better life,I
found no grouth in my present company whatsoever effort or
work i do for the company.Secondly,the salary and work
which i was drawing their is not matching with my profile.I
found no coordination of my seniors to work smoothly,hassle
freely,no time management etc
