-The reason may be the secondary circuit is open.
-The rating of the ct may be wrong.
-There may be internal short between the winding turns.
-The insulation resistance of the winding may be less.

In 132KV transformer primary voltage is high.but in 6.6KV
transformer primary current is high when compared to 132KV
transformer so the coil get burned.

We have three 33kv substations. All of them energised by same source.When i am checking the phase sequence between one substation to other substation (like R Phase to R Phase) by multimeter i am getting some voltage.Near to LT panels UPS panels are there.
