In BPO you have great oppurtunities for career and personality development. I am very keen on learning new things and BPO is the place where I can learn many things in different fields like accounting, customer services, technical and payroll etc,.And I like to interact with different people and learn their culture and their way of living.

call centers is also part of the companies.there is a lot
of companies in the market like genpact wipro steria etc.i
think we have to change our mantelity that call centers or
bpo is not a part of the company.most of the people move
towards bpo/call centers for a part time jobs.this is the
only industry where qulifications dosen't matters.the
people who are not highly qulified moves to the bpos and
bpo welcomes all of them.i know a lot of persons working in
bpos are not highly qulifies even thay didn't any course
earning in lackes in bpo.these are some few reasons why i
don't have any problem with bpo/call centers.

i want to join call center for many reasons but of all the main being that i want to earn money ,secondly i want to get interact with the people of different origin ,different ethics ,different countries,.... and at the same time i want to make most of ma time . I will have great fun with ma teammates , with ma team leaders .
Being the fastest growing sector here there are enough options available to groom and reach on the top ,...
All u need to put in your best effort end should posses never dying attitude ,.... u will succeed for sure .
