No,Aggregate size is indipendent of concrete grade.we can
use still higher size of aggregate.aggregate size is
depending on the minimum cover & spacing of reinforcement
in the structures like beam,retaining wall,column etc.This
is so because aggregate should pass through the two bars.

IT IS EXACTLY CORRECT
Because the 20 mm aggregates are passing between the two bars in the slab, column,and beams...
more than 20 mm size of aggregates are not passing between the bars....
so absolutely taken the maximum size of aggregate is 20mm...
