There is no requirement to maintain any copy control between
standard Invoice F2 and Cancellation Invoice Type S1 in
standard SAP System.

In Copy controls of Billing to billing (VTFF)

maintain copying requirements as 5-(header cancellation)
6-(Item Cancellation)

Yes there is no need to maintain any copy control for
Invocie cancel . It is automatically triggered by the
system.
