removed link from actuator than fix back which condition
you need you will get other wise if you have HART base
change your counter (first read counter ) than increased
from potentio meter you can? i donot have idies about same
your positioner model but you can try

1. Reverse the potentiometer wire connection of position
transmitter.
2. Perform calibration. if required adjust zero and span .
then position transmitter gives reverse feed back

For direct feedback brown, red, orange.

for Reverse feedback orange, red, brown.

If there is PLC/ Dcs then simply change the gain for reverse -1/ reverse action
