In my view my interest motivates me.However the man is he should have some interest in work.Because of my interest i will sure establish perfection in my job and in return i will surely get motivation from others and from my own which makes me energetic.The makes my surrounding to have eye on me and they to bring some interest in their work,which made the whole surrounding some thejas(..)

MY Father motivates me a lot. Because, he had a lot of
experience and done a very well job. He always told me that
Be Confident on ur work... In addditon to that,We should be
very honest and perfect in our work. I have a certain self
unique values. I have to maintain my self-respect in my
organisation. It Motivated me a lot....
And I motivate the others by saying that "BE
CONFIDENT,HONEST,PERFECT IN YOUR WORK..." Life is a short
