No. Current will flow only in the closed circuit. When we
are in air we don't have any earth contact and touching the
any ONE of the phase means we don't get any shock unless we
get any earth contact or we will touching any of the other
phase at the same time.

No we will not get any shock bec we will get shock only
when there will be any potential difference so if we touch
while standing on ground then a potential difference will
be created and we will get shock.

one unavoidable chance that our body is in air but the air
will act as a dielectric ane earth will act as negative.
