Testing Environment is nothing but the combination of
equipment(System Configuration and different
machines),technologies(Operating System,Application
Servers,webservers,Databases,etc....We have to test our
application on client specified Testenvironment.

Testing Environment and Testing Process is different.Your
question is not clear.Anyway I let you know what is Testing
Process.

Generally Testing Process start with the review of
requirements and as follows.
1.TestPlan Preparation
2.Test Plan Review
3.Testcase Preparation
4.Testcases review
5.Testcase execution
6.Defect Logging
7.Regression Testing
8.User Acceptence Testing(Generallu can be done by the
client,but sometimes Testing Team can be done)

Hi harish n Satish...thanx for the response... Already told Functionality testing and user interface type testing to interviewer but he was expecting something else. And also explained test cases....Is it data driven testing for user id and password combinations? If i am not wrong....?
