If 440 V supply has given at the secondary winding of
transformer at that time if we apply 11 KV at primery then
what will happen???????

if transformer ratio is 11000/440,and supply is given according to polarity with same power factor then no power flow in sec. so it not damage transformer but if polarity not correct then two emf addition gives high current like s.c.

Well Mr. Buthiraja,U r correct Bcoz in our plant also we
are using 110(Primary)/6.6 Kv(Secondary)Transformer..But We
exported the power to grid through 6.6 Kv side itself...

Source should not be given from both the sides. There will
be a severe S.C Fault and the transformer will be damaged.
