NEUTRAL IS THE PROVIDED FOR THE CLOSED PATH OF THE CIRCUIT,WHERE CURRENT FLOW IN THE CLOSED PATH.GROUNDING IS PROVIDING FOR THE EQUIPMENT,TO DIVERT LARGE SHORT CIRCUIT CURRENTS AND PROTECT THE EQUIPMENT FROM DAMAGE.
