UPSs are sued not just in software companies, but in many
other firms, where continuity of electric power is critical
for operations. UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply), is an
device that works on batteries with associated electric
circuitry to ensure the power supply is uninterrupted in
the event of primary electric power supply is disrupted for
some reason. Since, power outages are common in India, the
usage of UPS or inverter (mostly found in Indian homes)is
quite common in india to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
However, the capacity of UPS is specified in number of
hours it can provide certain rated power.

The UPS is a device which provide us the continuous power
without any breaking in normal supply.Due to requirement of
continuous supply for critical load UPSes are get used in
IT companies as well as for Non IT companies.
Untruptted Power Supply (UPS )-have mainly five parts-
Rectifier,Battery Bank,Inverter,Switching & controlling
devices.Their working is based on logic controll.
At the presence of normal electric supply the load flows
from Rectifier-Inverter-Switch but when AC supply in not
presented at all then Battery units come into picture.By
the working principal or inverter i.e. from DC -AC it
feeded AC supply to the load after Ac filterisation.
When there are any problem in Rectifier ,inverter, Battery
etc. unit then supply goes through bypass.
Isolating transformer is a type of X-mer which isolate the
a circuit to its design.and also the No. of primary
&Secondary tern of Iso. X-mer are same are equal that
facilitates to isolates and reduce the fluctuation and also
create Neutral supply for load.

Answer / anoop
isolation transformer is having same no. of turns in
primary and secondary side as rightly said by one of our
friends. its main purpose is used to isolate/remove the dc
components from ac, as transformer cannot transform dc from
one circuit to another because there will not be any rate
of change of flux associated with dc. so sewcondary side
Kva will be dc component free.

Isolation transformer is a kind transformer which isolates
the two voltage levels . and provides pfotection towards
low voltage side. it is used in the electronic kits.
